15^th NATO CA²X² FORUM 2020 @Virtual Edition– Sponsorship Opportunities

The 15th NATO CA²X² Forum (Computer Aided Analysis, Exercise, Experimentation), organized by the NATO Modelling and Simulation Centre of Excellence, is  a leading  event  in the sector where expert from the military, industry,  and academia are convened to  discuss  M&S Discipline, Exercises, Experimentation, Wargaming and Analysis, among other topics.  It provides a platform to present the latest technology and trends.

Based on the results of the survey we recently conducted, despite the uncertain situation we are living in, we decided to hold the Forum anyway but in a virtual format.  We are therefore pleased to announce that the 15th NATO CA²X² Forum will take place on 22-24 September 2020.

The NATO CA²X² FORUM 2020 @Virtual Edition will provide an excellent opportunity to have an insight on the latest technology and trends and to promote, discuss and share operational, technical and procedural work related to simulation-based analyses, experiments, exercises and training within NATO and Nations.

This year’s theme will be “Modelling and Simulation: Enabling NATO” with a focus on the following areas:

• Decision Support and Analysis

• Training and Education
• Mission Readiness and Support
• Experimentation

• Effects of the Pandemic

Given the high profile of the event and the resonance it will have in the military & technical industrial environment, the Centre is ready to evaluate the offer that your Company would formulate in terms of sponsorship for the event.

All interested companies should be aware that in the NATO CA²X² FORUM 2020 virtual digital area, according to arrangements to be made with this Centre, a limited amount of virtual items and exhibition booths will be made available for any requesting Company/Agency to demonstrate and advertise their CAX, analysis and experimentation simulation related skills and products (Administrative Arrangements Annex 1).

The booth service will include the possibility to apply your company logo, uploading information/promotional materials and managing a Company dedicated meeting space for virtual visitors.

ANNEX 1

ADMINISTRATIVE ARRANGEMENTS

NATO M&S COE has identified the virtual event items listed below to be provided, under the mentioned sponsorship agreement:

1. “Silver” virtual booth* (Company/Agency logo standard size);
2. “Gold” virtual booth* (Company/Agency logo big size);
3. “Platinum” virtual booth* (Company/Agency logo extra size);
4. Sponsorship for the provision of the digital platform for the NATO-CA2X2-FORUM-2020 – in whole or in part – that will guarantee to your Company an extra visibility;
5. Sponsorship of a virtual cultural tour at a selected Rome monument.

The Centre will coordinate for the sponsorship of the items listed above, or proposals may be forwarded by companies and agreed with the Centre.

A separate agreement will be signed between the parties in order to guarantee the mentioned articles’ provision.
