Abstracts must be uploaded prior to the following deadline to be eligible for the award.

Author Deadlines:

  • 03 February 2020 – Call for abstracts; 
  • 31 July 2020 – Call for abstracts closed;  abstracts and presentations outlines due;
  • 14 Aug 2020 – Notification of acceptance;
  • 06 September 2020 – Final extended abstracts and presentation slides due to the CA2X2 Forum Committee for the AWARD selection process.
