MESAS’25 Call For Papers

We are pleased to announce that the NATO MODELING AND SIMULATION CENTRE OF EXCELLENCE is organizing:

the 12th annual MESAS 2025 Conference
(MODELLING AND SIMULATION FOR AUTONOMOUS SYSTEMS CONFERENCE), from 21-23 October 2025, in Istanbul (Turkey)

  • MESAS’25 is a three-day scientific conference that will gather fully recognized experts from various domains, including the Military, Academia, and Industry.
  • The conference aims to address the latest advances and challenges in autonomous systems and their applications in various fields exploiting the M&S.
  • The conference is open to anyone who meets the conference’s objectives and conditions.

Call For Papers MESAS’25

Don’t miss the opportunity to present your work, research, and experiments in MESAS’25.

  • MESAS’25 is now in the “Abstract Gathering Phase”.
  • Because the Springers conference service system (EquinOCS) is being migrated to the new platform (Meteor), we will gather these abstracts via email in the first phase; please send an abstract with the authors’ names and contacts directly to the conference organizer’s email (mesas@unob.cz, mesas@mscoe.org).
  • We will email you a confirmation within five working days.
  • Springer’s new platform for collecting anonymized papers will be open later. We will send information on how to submit your paper NLT on June 21, 2025.
  • The preliminary conference timeline was set as follows:
    • Abstract Submission:  June 20, 2025 (Abstracts will be approved after submission, so, the work on a full paper can begin immediately after approval to save time and ensure the paper is turned in before the deadline).
